Our team can respond to all inbound calls being made to your reservation lines in three capacities:

  • on a full time basis, acting as your virtual reservations department
  • handling overflow calls for when your team is short staffed, if some team members are ill or on vacation, and when inbound calls exceed normal call volumes
  • after hours and weekends

We can offer flexible solutions by season as well.  This option is ideally suited to properties which may close seasonally but wish to keep reservation lines open.

When guests call into your toll free reservation lines, the agent(s) assigned to your property will answer the phone as if they are employed at the resort.  There are no noisy backgrounds often associated with call center rooms, and no hesitation on the agent's part as to which property they are representing since they will be exclusively assigned to yours.
